Friends, as you know the main worldwide topic is now related to the events surrounding the spread of new coronavirus strains (COVIT 19) to people around the world. China is starting to recover. Of course, there will be mental, social and economic harms, both nationally and globally, which are yet to be evaluated. That is why we have a duty and I believe we can turn negatives into positives.
To add that this ordeal is not the first challenge to humanity, it will not be the last. Why? Because most people are not prepared and organized to keep themselves in good condition and always fit, to be more and more adequate to meet such challenges. Here it is time to become aware and concentrate on the most important thing - human life and its value and quality.
I repeat that it is now particularly important to turn bad into good. I'm sure we can handle it together.
From my many years of professional and personal experience as a physiotherapist, sports science teacher and working in the field of bioresonance technologies for over 11 years, I would like to make some recommendations to all friends for comprehensive prevention. Precise daily work is required to succeed!
Theoretically, the options for spreading this serious problem are two. First, that the pandemic with COVIT 19 will not last long as China recovers, or that it will only be the beginning of a global health, social and economic crisis with particularly serious consequences. 1. Don't let fear and panic overwhelm you, regardless of your current state. You are the creator! The best thing to do is to be well-informed and gradually, over time and practice, become more confident and motivated by your personal results.
2. Remember that the World Creator is in you and in every cell of yours. So, your options are endless. It is up to you what you will do with yourself, because you are determined to create and to win.
3. Know that all pathogens - numerous viruses, fungi, bacteria, and parasites have a thousand-year history many times more ancient than human. Together with them, we have lived for millennia in peaceful co-existence without harming us, provided we are in good overall condition. New, according to some authors, artificial pathogenic strains are no different.
4. You know that some of the bacteria are useful and inhabit us. Some of them are relatively pathogenic until they begin to harm us in the emotional and then bodily collapse of our defense mechanisms.
5. Pathogens begin to settle and grow where they find the environment. They naturally accelerate and complete the started degenerative processes in people with unbalanced emotional state, expressive or depressed, as well as people with impaired physical condition and with vital weakness.
6. Therefore, people with a complicated general condition, regardless of age, are more susceptible and naturally attract pathogens more easily.

Today, the majority of people in the world are in distress and have no time to practice self-knowledge. Depressive states are becoming more and more. They take less time for health prophylaxis and self-healing. Office and asphalt society pays the price of segregation from nature with increasing morbidity at all ages. We are increasingly relying on external technologies - electronic devices and all sorts of services.
 What is the result of all this? You can answer yourself. We become weaker, easily manipulated and dependent. How? Through a gradual civilization replacement of our internal mechanisms of energy, emotional, nervous and hormonal self-regulation with more unnatural external sources of poor quality energy of a diverse nature. As I mentioned, it is often necessary for doctors and therapists to save us as far as they know and can in severe life and health situations, sometimes the consequences of which are irreparable to ourselves.
   Today we are confused by hundreds of thousands of medical and non-medical methods, modern and millennial. We try all sorts of healing, medication and herbal combinations with a dubious effect. The result is - health is not getting better, applying important modern knowledge, scientific methods, diets, natural treatments, or alternative and spiritual teachings.
It is clear that in the modern world we are working and living mainly in an unnatural environment, with new stressful rules, which is why we pay a great deal with damage to our emotional and physical health.
  Some of us strongly rely on alternative treatments, healers and practices, but my question is can we say with a hand to the heart are we better? I doubt you will say yes. Perhaps only a small part of us think they are in a perfect state of mind and body.
The conclusion is that there are not healthy people on the planet or there are very few. So it's time to preserve ourselves as a civilization, turning the minuses of modern social stress into positiv. How? Through an awareness and working self-awareness and adequate action to keep our health in a good condition, whether we are in a city, village or we are exposed to any life stress.
And some would ask how to harmonize to have good health? The answer is that we need a little, effective and fundamental knowledge as a starting point that will not complicate the complicated modern lifestyle. The simplicity and accuracy of our actions are a surety guarantee to achieve good personal harmony, confidence and well-being. So the deadlock has an outlet through appropriate and workable solutions for ourselves.

In fact, self-restraint mechanisms, as we have mentioned, are pledged in us by the creator, and we only need to activate them through exercises. Why? Because most of our body is a locomotive apparatus. We are set to move, not to overwhelm, to recover and to accumulate an energy reserve.
